Draft 3

Now that DOGE’s digital takeover of the US government is complete, Phase 2 of the plan to replace American democracy with dictatorship is actively underway.

But the plot to steal our wealth and rights falls apart when everyday Americans stop fighting each other and remember what makes us American: we fought to be free from a King so we the People could shape our own destiny.

The taxes we pay, the benefits we receive, our most private information, and even our right to choose our government are all being actively stolen at a speed designed to overwhelm us with “shock and awe.” This strategy forces us to comply before we can even react.

Phase 1: Disable Democracy’s Alarm System and Launch a Digital Coup

Every move by Trump 2.0 follows the same orchestrated plan to break our democracy apart from the inside. DOGE’s assault on public servants moved fast and broke laws deliberately, so that by the time any judge tried to intervene, the damage was already done.

It turns out letting unvetted, unqualified teenagers have direct access to every American’s personal information and the secrets critical to keeping the country safe is a really bad idea.

- **January 2025:** Trump fires aviation safety advisors. Every federal employee receives a “Fork in the Road” resignation ultimatum, bearing the same subject line Elon Musk used when he bought Twitter.[^8]

- One day later, an air traffic controller was forced to cover two positions at once when the deadliest U.S. aviation disaster in decades occurred at Reagan National Airport.[^3][^8]

- Instead of fixing the problem, Trump attacked the military pilot and the overworked air traffic controllers who already faced severe staffing shortages at nearly 50% of FAA facilities. Then he fired FAA workers responsible for protecting skies from terrorist threats.[^3][^8][^4]

- **February 2025:** A 23-year-old DOGE staffer, Luke Farritor, was granted access to National Nuclear Security Administration systems.[^7]

- By April, DOGE loyalists had accounts and possible access to systems linking nuclear labs and weapons storage facilities.[^7][^11]

Phase 1 is like a criminal planning a robbery: disable the alarm systems, so no one can call for help. Then break in and steal the loot (Americans’ data). Anyone trying to report the crime finds the phone is dead.

Real-World Impacts of Phase 1: The Fallout in Aviation

- Overnight, aviation safety advisors were fired, and all federal employees faced an ultimatum to quit or be forced out.[^8]

- Air traffic controllers stretched thin, with one covering two roles seconds before the deadliest US plane crash in decades.[^3][^8]

- Trump used the tragedy as an excuse to blame workers and slash more of the FAA staff, including those guarding against terrorism.[^3][^8]

- Result: Nearly half of FAA facilities are drastically understaffed. The system operates on hope, not safety.[^4]

Phase 2: Purge the Military, Pack the Government with Loyalists, Spread the DOGE Model Nationwide

Phase 2 replaces those pesky Constitution-following public servants with loyalists willing to attack their fellow Americans. When you have to swear loyalty to one man instead of the country, that’s called monarchy: y’know, the very thing we fought a revolution against.

- Trump’s purge of top military and intelligence officials continues.

- ICE briefly offered a now-cancelled illegal $200 bonus to agents who deport detainees within 7 days.

- Trump’s FBI cut education and training requirements under Kash Patel to fill vacancies caused by mass resignations.

But Phase 2 is more than just personnel moves. It has several arms:

Copies of Federal DOGE Plans in Red States

The DOGE assault isn’t confined to Washington. Republican-led states are rushing to duplicate DOGE-style government efficiency programs:

- Task forces in Oklahoma, New Hampshire, Texas, Florida, and Louisiana are sweeping through budgets, staffing, and agency structures to “streamline” government.[^1]

- These initiatives follow the same assumptions: government is bloated, diversity and public-serving programs are waste, and tax dollars must be cut aggressively. Experts and career staff are sidelined or dismissed.[^1]

Lawfare and Political Punishment in Blue States

The Justice Department published a list of “sanctuary jurisdictions” targeting only Democrat cities, counties, and states.[^5] This was foreshadowing of the federal takeover of DC, and weaponizing the Justice Department to threaten prosecution of leaders upholding state law.

- The administration threatened felony conspiracy charges against governors who refuse to cooperate with federal immigration crackdowns, without a single law actually cited.[^6]

*Phase 2 is filling the swamp with loyalists.*

What I Need to Finish This Report

I have gathered names, dates, decisions, and real-time evidence. Now it’s time to connect the dots, exposing the blueprint of this digital coup. But I can’t do this without two weeks of uninterrupted work and the support to sustain the research.

This report will be free and available to everyone. But without your help—whether as a subscriber, backer, or by sharing this information—it won’t get done.

If you want the full story, the full scope, the truth behind what’s happening to our country, now is the time to act.
